The largest urban cooperative bank Delhi- Kangra Cooperative Bank earned a net profit to the tune of Rs 9.48 crore with 1.06 percent net NPA during 2023-24 FY.
The deposits and advances of the bank stood at Rs 1266.13 crore and Rs 701.76 crore as of 31st March 2024.
Kangra Coop Bank is the 1st cooperative bank (non scheduled) in the northern region of the country to have joined RTGS and NEFT network from its own platform.
The bank is headed by Laxmi Das, who also doubles as the chairman of the apex body of urban cooperative banks-Nafcub.
Kangra Cooperative Bank has 12 branches across Delhi and all the branches are fully computerized with CBS.
