Vijay Mohan and Abdul Aziz Ansar were re-elected unopposed as the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of New Delhi based Janata Cooperative Bank respectively.
The election of the bank was held on 12th May 2024 in the premises of H.M.Dav Senior Secondary School.
Apart from Chairman and Vice-Chairman, the other 10 directors including two women have also been elected unopposed to the new board.
Sunil Jain is the only newcomer in the board, the rest are from the outgoing board.
The P.K.Khanna, Retd. DSP, CBI was appointed as the returning officer to oversee the election process of the bank.
The bank has a business mix of more than Rs 270 crore, has a network of five branches across Delhi.
