Pune City Police filed a supplementary charge-sheet against the accused, involved in the Cosmos Bank cyberattack case in a court in Pune. All the five accused are lodged in Yerwada Central Prison, reports Indian Express.
Police say the accused had allegedly withdrawn Rs 61 lakh from different ATMs in Jaipur and Indore.
It is worth mentioning that several cloned debit cards of the Cosmos Cooperative Bank were used for scores of ATM transactions from India and 28 other countries in 2018. The total amount swindled was Rs 78 crore.
