The Cosmos Cooperative Bank has announced a 4% dividend for its shareholders for the Financial Year that ends in March 2021, informed Chairman, CA Milind Kale. The decision was announced after the permission from the RBI came to the second largest UCB in the country.
The dividend amount will be credited to the accounts of shareholders on Thursday (5th May, 2022), added the Chairman.
Also, on the auspicious occasion of Akshayya Tritiya, a pooja was conducted at the new branch premises of Wagholi (Pune) & Ambarnath (Mumbai) which are scheduled to open shortly, read a release from the UCB.
The pooja at Wagholi branch, located near Lexicon International School was conducted at the hands of Director, Prof. Rajaishwari Dhotre. Chairman- CA Milind Kale, Vice Chairman – Adv. Pralhad Kokare, Senior Director, Dr. Mukund Abhyankar, Prof. Nandkumar Kakirde, Milind Pokale, Managing Director, Mrs. Apekshita Thipsay and other Senior Executives were present for the function.
Ambarnath branch is located in Panvelkar Pride building. The pooja at this branch was conducted at the hands of Director, CA Jayant Barve. Director, CA Praveenkumar Gandhi & Deputy Chief General Manager, Aakanksha Rane were present for this function.
Chairman, CA Milind Kale stated that Cosmos Bank has received permission to open branches at Shirur, Rajgurunagar, Wagholi and Ambarnath, out of which the branches at Wagholi and Ambarnath, will be ready to serve customers shortly with all advanced services and facilities.
