The Ministry of Cooperation has disposed of 32,621 Grievances in an average closing time of 2 Days, securing 1st rank among all Ministries & Departments, claimed the twitter post of Ministry of Cooperation.
This is based on the report of the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances (DARPG). They further wrote, “Another Gem in the Crown of the Ministry of Cooperation”.
“Under the able Guidance of the Hon’ble Union Home & Cooperation Minister, Shri @AmitShah, the Ministry of Cooperation has been leading all Ministries & Departments in terms of lowest average disposal time from the past 7 months”, the tweet reads.
After the Ministry of Cooperation, Niti Aayog and Department of Legal Affairs stands at second and third position. Niti Aayog disposed of 2269 cases in an average closing time of three days whereas the Department of Legal Affairs disposed of 1972 cases in an average closing time of three days.
