Given the covid 19 pandemic, the Odisha Government Finance Department has instructed the district authorities and the SLBC General Manager to allow all banks and financial organizations including Odisha State Cooperative Bank, to work with 50% staff for the large branches, reports Pioneer.
However, small branches having less than five employees would be permitted to work if they follow the social distancing and necessary norms.
Sources say scores of branches of the Odisha state cooperative bank will now start offering banking services.
