While virtually addressing the eight-day Cooperative Expo- 2022 at Kochi, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said the cooperative sector enjoyed support from the people and served society in multiple ways, reports Hindu.
The chief minister added that cooperatives are witnessing changes at a time when the cooperative movement comprehends a wide range of activities.
Kerala minister for cooperation V. N. Vasavan, presided over the function. V. D. Satheesan, Opposition Leader was the chief guest at the inaugural program.
A pavilion spread over 60,000 sq ft houses the expo with 210 stalls.
