Soon after his massive victory at the international co-operative forum in Seoul, the hero of the show Dr Chandra Pal Singh Yadav rushed to Delhi to catch up with the electoral campaign going on for the upcoming UP elections.
He left Seoul on Tuesday evening and would be reaching Delhi by 3 pm on Wednesday. Chandra Pal will rush to Jhansi thereafter.
Meanwhile, leaders such as Dileep Sanghani, Sunil Singh, and others have stayed behind in Seoul. The Indian contingent has decided to stay put till the 3rd of December when the global co-op congress concludes, said one of the participants on the phone from Seoul.
The six days event in Seoul had the first three days dedicated to regional affairs and the next three days from 1st of December to 3rd of December to the Co-op Congress.
SP chief Akhilesh Yadav is coming to Jhansi to launch the election campaign and this necessitated Chandra Pal’s departure on Tuesday only, said one of his close associates. An MP in the past, Chandra Pal is a senior member of the Samajwadi Party who has served as its Treasurer.
‘Once the pressure of the electoral campaign ebbs away, Chandra Pal would be in the country’s capital thanking the cooperative fraternity for their unstinted support”, he added.
