Having been established its offices in Ahmadabad and Rajkot earlier, chocolate co-operative Campco last week set up a marketing office in Surat-the third office in Gujarat. A release from the co-op read” the Arecanut grown in the States of Karnataka and Kerala has got a huge demand in Northern India and hence to meet the consumer needs at upcountry Market, CAMPCO commenced its 3rd Sales Depot at Gujarat.
With this Campco has set up fourteen Sales Depot in the country. Surat is the second largest City in the State of Gujarat famous for diamonds and textile.
The CAMPCO Surat Sales Depot was inaugurated last week by S.R.Sathischandra, President CAMPCO along with Suresh Bhandary, MD.
The President, CAMPCO said that Surat sales depot would have a positive impact on the market and it would help farmers get good rate for their produce.
CAMPCO is striving hard to protect the interests of the Farmers since its commencement and will continue to do so, Chandra claimed.
