Speaking on the sidelines of the event held in connection with the IFFCO Literary Award instituted in the memory of Sri Lal Shukla IFFCO MD said the aims of his “Connect Farmers’ Campaign” is to ultimately bring farmers from different states on one platform.
Farmers of different states speak different languages and we are trying to have a digi platform which would translate and make it comprehensible, Awasthi said revealing the ambitious project.
Currently touring more than 125 locations in the country IFFCO MD is trying to explain to farmers and cooperators alike to take up cashless transactions. He also asks them to draw benefits from health camps being organized at places.
