Chhattisgarh-based Bilaspur District Cooperative Marketing and Consumer Federation organized its annual general meeting last week, in which it was announced that the federation earned a profit of Rs 35 lakh in the 2021-22 FY.
The meeting was presided over by Mahendra Pal Radwan and about 70 cooperators were present on the occasion.
Addressing the meeting, the Chairman said that three medicine shops are running under the banner of the Federation in Bilaspur and through these medicine shops people are being provided medicine round the clock at reasonable prices.
The proposal to open a medical shop at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur was sent to the government, so that the public could also get quality medicines at cheap prices.
