Bihar-based Siwan District Central Cooperative Bank organized its Annual General Meeting on Sunday last week, in which Raghunathpur Constituency MLA Harishankar Yadav and Daronda MLA Karanjeet Singh participated besides other dignitaries.
On the occasion, both the MLAs in their address expressed satisfaction over the progress of the bank and wished them the best of luck for the future.
Addressing the members and others, Siwan DCCB Chairman Ramayan Chaudhary said that the deposits of the bank are increasing continuously. The deposits have increased from Rs 247.97 crore in 2019-20 to Rs 276.28 crore in the 2020-21 FY and for 2020-21 the bank management has targeted to reach up to 325 crore. For increasing the deposits, the bank has decided to hold camps at PACCs.
The bank’s chief manager Alok Kumar Verma, administrative officer Rajkumar Thakur, loan officer Ranjit Kumar Singh and others were present on the occasion.
