On the second day of the National Convention, former Sarkaryavah Bhaiyyaji Joshi of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh addressed workers of Sahakar Bharati at the State Polytechnic campus in Lucknow.
On this occasion, Laxmanrao Inamdar Memorial Award was bestowed on the eminent co-operators as well as books on cooperation were released, one of which was authored by S K Sharma, a former official of NCDC.
In his speech, Bhaiyyaji Joshi said that co-ops will perish if there is no culture in them and exhorted members to be broad-minded and cooperative with each other.
Guiding the activists, Bhayyaji Joshi said that we should also respect the views of others. Let everyone understand each other’s minds. Take a pledge that we will walk hand in hand with each other and we will work as a family.
He expressed confidence that under the leadership of Sahakar Bharati, good institutions would emerge in the field of cooperatives.
