Uttar Pradesh based Muzaffarnagar District Cooperative Bank has emerged as the best DCCB in the state with1.28 percent NPA. The NPA has reduced by 0.14 percent over the previous year, this was revealed by the management during the 86th AGM of the bank held last week.
The AGM was inaugurated by Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan.
Besides other things, now the bank will focus on increasing its business. The proposal for giving 10 percent dividend to the members has been passed. The Bank has earned a net profit of Rs 7.03 crore during the 2018-19 financial year.
Sharing the details through social media Balyan wrote, “Participated in the AGM of DCCB of Muzaffarnagar. Cabinet Minister in UP Government Shri Bhupendra Chaudhary, Minister of State Shri Kapil Dev, Minister of State Shri Vijay Kashyap, MLA Mr. Umesh Malik Ji and Mr. Tejendra Nirwal Ji, Cooperative Bank Chairman Mr. Satpal Singh G.O. and others were present.”
