BJP leader Kalbhushan Arora and Navneet Aggarwal have been elected unopposed as the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of Bahraich (Uttar Pradesh) based National Urban Cooperative Bank in a recently held election. The other board directors are also elected unopposed.
The election was held under the supervision of BDO, Nawabganj Tejwant Singh who was appointed as the returning officer.
As soon the election was over, State Co-op Minister Mukut Bihar Verma and BJP District President Karan Tekdiwal congratulated the winning candidates. The newly elected team should work together to take the bank to newer heights, they said.
