Army Corps inspects Alwar Milk Union

The officers of Indian Army Medical Corps inspected the plant of Rajasthan based Alwar District Milk Producers Cooperative Union.

It is said the dairy union has been found to be correct according to the ISO standards set by the food safety commission. The inspection is done every year by the medical officers of the Army.

This inspection has been done keeping in view the supply of clean and high quality milk and milk products like Ghee, Paneer, Buttermilk, Lassi, Dahi Shrikhand, Paleward Milk, Butter etc. to the Indian Army and common people.

The said Union is one of the milk unions associated with the Rajasthan Cooperative Dairy Federation which sells its product under the brand name ‘Saras’.
