Dairy giant Amul is taking advantage of the world cup fever sweeping the country and selling its products reports media. The dairy cooperative has tied up with 2,000 supermarkets in the country for selling its chocolates.
Amul will roll out offers on its global chocolate range, which it has started manufacturing after reorganizing its facility in Anand.
R S Sodhi, managing director of the Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation said Amul will transact business on a large scale by selling its chocolates during the world soccer event.
