Amul India’s Managing Director, Jayen Mehta, revealed the company’s bold aspiration to emerge as the foremost dairy globally, reports the Economic Times.
With eyes set on global expansion, Amul aims to solidify its position as the world’s largest dairy, already exporting to nearly 50 countries.
Mehta highlighted Amul’s extensive distribution network, especially in rural areas, targeting towns with populations ranging from 5,000 to 10,000. Bolstered by a diverse product range and competitive pricing, Amul anticipates revenue to soar to Rs 80,000 crore by March, showcasing sustained double-digit growth.
Aligned with the Prime Minister’s vision, Amul is steadfastly working towards global dominance, epitomizing commitment and leadership in the dairy sector.
