Union cooperation minister Amit Shah will open the Eastern and North-Eastern Zones Dairy Cooperative Conclave at Gangtok in Sikkim on 7th October 2022, said NCDFI Chairman Mangal Jit Rai.
Mangal Jit Rai, who is a member of NCUI’s Governing Council said that the one-day event will be organized by the National Cooperative Dairy Federation of India (NCDFI).
The meeting will also be attended by Sikkim chief minister PS Tamang, among others.
The conclave is aimed at strengthening the cooperative movement in the Eastern and North-Eastern Regions for the benefit of local communities, said Rai.
