Amin launches Cosmos’s passbook printing machine

In a move to enhance customer convenience, Cosmos Co-operative Bank Ltd. has launched an automated passbook printing machine at its Surat branch.

The facility was officially inaugurated by G H Amin, Chairman of the Board of Management, marking a significant step towards modernizing the bank’s services.

This new self-service feature allows customers to print their passbooks independently using advanced barcode technology. By scanning their passbooks at the machine, account holders can instantly update their transaction records without having to wait in line for teller assistance.

The initiative is part of the bank’s broader efforts to streamline branch operations and improve customer service efficiency. With this launch, Cosmos Co-operative Bank aims to reduce manual processing times, increase operational efficiency, and provide a seamless banking experience for its customers in Surat.

The bank plans to expand such digital facilities across other branches in the near future.
