Union Minister Radha Mohan Singh has accused Bihar government of not fully using funds given by the central government for agricultural development in the state, reports DNA.
The union minister is in a miff that agriculture does not figure in the list of seven resolves of the state government.
The minister hauled the state chief minister over the coals for meting out a raw deal to farmers in Bihar.
He called upon the Bihar government to work together with the central government for the development of agriculture in the state.
