Konduru Ravinder Rao, the Chairman of Nafscob, has once again secured his position as a member of the General Council of the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC).
The Central Government has reconstituted the NCDC board of management and General Council, as notified in the gazette.
Rao is a prominent figure in cooperative circles with over three decades of experience in the sector. Besides being the President of NAFSCOB, he currently serves as the Chairman of Telangana State Cooperative Bank and as the Chairman of Karimnagar District Cooperative Bank. Additionally, Rao is a member of the National Level Committee responsible for drafting the new National Cooperation Policy.
Beyond national roles, Rao is actively involved in international cooperative endeavours. He holds a directorship at the International Cooperative Banking Association (ICBA). He is also an active member of the Network for the Development of Agricultural Cooperatives in Asia and the Pacific (NEDAC) in Thailand.
