Saraswat Bank has been given the IBA Technology award for “The Best Technology Bank of the year 2019” in the co-operative sector. It has bagged the award for the third year in a row.
IBA Awards recognize and reward individuals, professionals and banks who identify themselves in the technology segment of banking by their innovative ideas, initiatives, risk leadership qualities and implementation of various initiatives, according to the press release sent to Indian Cooperative by the bank.
Currently Saraswat Bank offers over 33 digital products and services that are customer-centric to the core and encompass most of the offerings extended by leading private sector banks. The Bank’s future plan revolves around Digitalization and focuses on Mobility, Analytics, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process,
etc. The Bank has setup a Technology Council comprising of Business and IT executives to expedite the implementation of Digital Initiatives.
