The sight of the AGM was pathetic as members kept waiting at the Gandhi Memorial Hall with nobody to address them. The Returning Officer B L Meena was in hurry to carry out his constitutional duties.
Inordinate delay in Meena’s arrival led to several postponements of the meeting. Later, delegates began to disperse when they saw that no body is bothered.
One of the Directors Ragini Shyam informed the delegats assembled for 75th AGM that the net profit earned by the Khatri Urban Cooperative Bank in the current year had been Rs 3 crore. Shaym also informed that the UCB is planning to celebrate platinum Jubilee next month in October.
