A recruitment scam has broken in the J and K State Cooperative Bank. The two aggrieved candidates have filed a petition before the J and K High Court.
They are alleging that the selection list of the candidates for recruitment to the 30 posts of cashier-cum clerk advertised by the bank was clandestinely issued by the people composing the selection committee and they appointed their favorites taking money from them.
Admitting the aggrieved candidates’ petition, the J and K. High Court has immediately stayed the impugned recruitment of the bank.
Sources say, the latest fraud committed by the authorities of the KSCB has once again confirmed the widespread prevalence of graft in the cooperative sector in the state.
