The Progressive Panel is led by Yuri Gonsalves and is comprised of seven directors of the outgoing board and some others whereas the Janhit Panel is headed by the outgoing Chairman Ryan Fernandes and has only a single member of the outgoing board in his team, the rest are newcomers.
Besides, it is being said many including former Chairman Sachin Pereira heading the Parivartan Panel are also in the race with their squad. The bank board comprises 21 elected directors out of which 16 are from the general category and the rest will be elected from the reserved categories including Women, OBC, SC/ST, and others.
