Union minister of agriculture and cooperation Radha Mohan Singh seems to be down on his luck in that he is embroiling himself in one controversy after the other for petty reasons-the latest being his peeing in public getting viral on social media.
A undated video gripped the social media enthusiasts for much of Thursday in which the union minister is seen urinating against the wall of a house with his security personnel guarding him in full attention.
The video has made his critics day tittering and losing no opportunity to assail him. RJD – the party he has always vehemently fought wrote on its official wall” “Amid tight security, the Union minister of agriculture gives the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan a boost, as he inaugurates an irrigation project in a drought-affected state.”
An embarrassed Minister and his colleague such as Bihar State BJP spokesperson, Rajib Ranjan defends saying there was no urinal for long distances on National Highway 28 near Pipara when he wanted to relieve himself.
“One cannot suppress nature’s call for long. What do you do if you are travelling long distances and there are no public urinals on the way?, says Ranjan quotes HT.
Ever since the farmers’ agitation broke out in Madhya Pradesh Singh has been in trouble. First it was the incident of eggs being thrown on his car in Odisha and then there was a photograph of him doing yoga with Ramdev which became a matter of social media debate. There is a whisper that he may be dropped from the cabinet in the next reshuffle slated soon after the Presidential elections.
Meanwhile, Singh’s core team is eager to find out the man who leaked the video amidst their conviction it is an insider’s job.
