CAMPCO launched a new Soil Testing Machine at its Puttur Branch which was inaugurated by Suresh Balnadu, a respected CAMPCO member and progressive farmer, in the presence of CAMPCO President A. Kishore Kumar Kodgi, MD Dr. B.V. Sathyanarayana, Director Raghavendra Bhat, and Dr. Keshav Bhat, Executive Officer, ARDF.

This machine is designed to assist farmers in improving crop yields through scientific soil assessment. It can analyze 12 essential soil nutrients and offers concise, practical guidance for nutrient management.

Knowing the soil’s nutrient profile is vital, as both deficiencies and excesses can negatively affect agricultural output. Accurate soil analysis promotes balanced nutrient use, which is critical for sustainable farming.

On the occasion, President A. Kishore Kumar Kodgi encouraged all CAMPCO members to take advantage of this new facility and move towards more informed and sustainable agricultural practices.
