Mumbai based GS Mahanagar Cooperative Bank earned a net profit of Rs 34 crore in the 2023-24 FY, highest in the history of the bank.
Beating all its past records, the bank, which is celebrating its golden jubilee year, also succeeded in achieving ‘Zero’ net NPA as on 31st March 2024.
Besides, the deposits and loans of the bank stood at Rs 2,885 crore and 1,564 crore in the 2023-24 FY respectively. The business mix of the bank stands at Rs 4,449 core, very close to Rs 4500 crore figure.
The bank was established on 6.10.1973 and has a network of 67 branches in different parts of Maharashtra.
