The Rajasthan High Court has directed the Special Operations Group (SOG) not to arrest Union Jal Shakti minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in the Sanjivani Credit Cooperative Society case without its prior approval, reports Times of India.
The court has also barred the agency from filing any charge sheet against the minister without its approval.
The ruling came during the hearing of the second stay petition on behalf of Shekhawat seeking stay on further investigation as well as filing of charge sheet during pendency of the instant petition.
