According to media reports, the Rajasthan High Court has asked the state police to form a team for probing into FIRs registered in districts of the state regarding irregularities in disbursement and waiver of loans by cooperative banks and societies.
The team will carry out an inquiry into all 16 FIRs and submit its report for further action in accordance with law.
The court gave these directions while hearing a petition against alleged large-scale fraud in disbursement and waiver of loans by cooperative banks as well as cooperative societies in the state.
