The World’s biggest fertiliser cooperative IFFCO commissioned its third Nano Urea manufacturing unit at its Phuplur plant which is located in Uttar Pradesh.
It was commissioned exactly a day after the news of production of the first batch of the 2nd Nano Urea plant going critical at IFFCO’s Aonla Unit in Bareilly.
While congratulating the IFFCO Phulpur unit head Sanjay Kudesia and his team, IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi wrote on twitter, “Congratulations to Sh. @sanjaykudesia & entire team of #IFFCO Phulpur for this remarkable achievement of setting up, commissioning and producing the first batch as trial production of 3rd #IFFCONanoUrea manufacturing unit in India.
A press release sent by IFFCO to the Indian Cooperative reads, “The Production of IFFCO Nano Urea has started in both the units. The capacity of these 2 new Nano Urea Plants will be Two lakh bottles per day each.
The press release further reads, “This is yet another achievement in the history of the Indian fertiliser sector for the benefit of farmers of the country. IFFCO is continuously working in the field of Research and Development for the benefit of farmers”.
In his congratulatory wishes, IFFCO Officers’ Federation Chairman Jitendra Tiwari wrote, “Salute to @drusawasthi Sir and congratulations to Sh. @sanjaykudesia & his team for this accomplishment. #IFFCO is blessed to have @drusawasthi sir as its leader, due to whose vision the country is heading towards a “Nano Revolution” in #Agriculture #doubling farmers income”.
