According to Hindu reports the CCB recently carried out raids in connection with an alleged multi-crore scam in Shushruti Co-operative Bank in Karnataka.
The relatives of functionaries of the bank had availed loans in violation of the guidelines.
The searches were carried out on branches of the bank, and on residences of the relatives of the chairman and the directors of the bank.
There are 11 accused in the case. The bank was established in 1998.
