Pointing out he has just been given a clean chit in the alleged Rs 25,000 crore MSC Bank scam, deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar said he has been coming clean despite inquiries carried out by several agencies in the past years, reports HT.
He mentioned it while addressing an event in Baramati in Pune. Pawar also referred to the bank now making profits worth over Rs 300 crore.
MSC Bank is the highest co-operative bank in the state that controls credit in the entire co-operative sector, and remains crucial to the rural economy.
