Nagpur Today reports the Nagpur bench of Bombay High Court has allowed Navodaya Urban Cooperative Bank to have its accounts in multiple banks.
Following a scam involving Rs 38.75 crore broke in the bank, the state home department had frozen its accounts.
The bank through its Board of Liquidators had earlier opposed the government’s move in lower court where the court rejected its application in September. This order was later challenged by the petitioner in high court.
