Reports of IFFCO’s organic seeds and magic soil doing wonders are coming from several parts of the country. There is a recent one coming from Jharkhand as tweeted by Dr Rajani Sodera, a digital health consultant and retweeted later by IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi.
Sodera talks about fresh Organic vegetables from the kitchen garden using seeds from CSC_ Jharkhand. It bears recall that IFFCO had recently forayed into Urban Gardening by introducing a specialized product range. It is being sold through hundreds of IFFCO Bazar and through all the centres of CSC egov across the country, among others.
IFFCO MD calls it a baby step towards making India “Aatma Nirbhar Bharat”. It would also help in employment generation, he adds. These products effectively deliver easy solutions for the urban garden users who care for the well-being of their plants.
The products are Nutri Rich – Seaweed Fortified Vermicompost, Protect Neem & Bio-Pesticide Based Plant Protection, Magic Soil – All-purpose Potting Soil, Sea Secret – Growth and Plant Stress Tolerance Enhancer, Green Diet – Instant plant Food, Life Pro – Cut Flower Life Extender, Bokashi – Kitchen Waste Decomposer, etc.
The Magic Soil is a premixed nutritious diet-soil for all kinds of plants. One can use the same for the plants kept in pots in one’s kitchen garden or in his balcony if one live in a high-rise building.
