In a webinar of a media house, GCMMF MD RS Sodhi is quoted saying the diversified product portfolio and multi-channel distribution network of Amul led to an excellent performance during the Covid 19 pandemic.
While many organizations experienced difficulties during the lockdown, Amul registered a spike in its turnover this fiscal. According to Sodhi, Amul has strengthened over the years and acquired a competitive edge over its rivals.
Sodhi also stressed on the importance of communication. Constant communication helps increase the confidence in the brand and brands that are trustworthy gain maximum, he stated.
