Madhya Pradesh former BJP MLA Rasal Singh has accused the congress government of illegally appointing congress leader Ashok Singh as an administrator in State Cooperative Bank.
The former MLA has filed a case against the former CM Kamal Nath, former cooperative minister Govind Singh, Ashok Singh and several senior officials of the cooperative department in Lahar police station.
A probe is being carried out by police.
Readers would recall that after taking the charge as the CM of MP Shivraj Chouhan has suspended all the administrators appointed by the congress government in District Central Cooperative Banks of the state.
