Verma hands over co-op contributions to CM

The apex body of cooperatives in Uttar Pradesh have contributed towards the CM Relief fund in order to help the government fight against the coronavirus.

UP State Cooperative Minister Mukut Bihar Verma has handed over the cheque of Rs 2,37,40,434/- to State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday.

Sharing the news through social media, Verma wrote on his Facebook wall, “Today handed over a cheque of Rs 2,37,40,434/- to honorable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath towards the CM Relief fund. This contribution has been given on behalf of the apex body of cooperatives.

The apex body of cooperatives in UP includes UP State Cooperative Union, UP State Cooperative Bank, PACFED, LACCFED and others.
