Punjab Cooperation Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa recently the Bhai Ghanhya Sehat Sewa Scheme (BGSSS) for members of cooperative societies, staff members of the cooperation department, and account holders of state cooperative banks, reports the Hindustan Times.
According to the minister, the Bhai Ghanhya Trust chaired by him has signed an agreement with the New India Assurance Company and MD India Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd for implementation of the Bhai Ghanhya Sehat Sewa Scheme for 2020-21.
The scheme is intended to offer health coverage to lakhs of members and employees associated cooperative institutions.
