I am owner of a flat in a Chs Ltd in Mumbai, Maharashtra, however I have not been admitted to membership of the society in which I own 1 flat, and neither have I applied for membership as the society is claiming false, arbitrary and unreal monies from me, in fact they have issued me several notices demanding unreal outgoings that too adding compounded interest, which I am disputing and have replied to the same, I have recently kept paying guest, now society has verbally informed me that I am not entitled to keep paying guest, and they have passed a resolution prohibiting me from keeping paying guest, please guide how to deal with this issue.
Urgent query, can I keep paying guest in my flat by virtue and in view of being a flat owner, can society compel me to remove my paying guest as I am not member of the society till date.
