I have strong documents to prove by every means that the Deputy Registrar has violated the 97th constitutional amendment to favour the corrupt management of our housing society. Can I request the Govt Of Maharashtra to prosecute all of them. If I can whom should I approach.

File a writ of a complaint in the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. Help of the lawyer is advisable but petitioner himself can present and argue the case. That will cost the least and also adds to the credibility of the complaint. Best of luck.
