This is about the registered cooperative society in Panaji, Goa that contracted for redevelopment with the builder. In the new building, the flats will be allotted by drawing the lottery. Since I am living overseas at the time the lottery is being drawn, I cannot attend the extra ordinary meeting to allot flats through lottery system.
Can you share your thoughts whether I have any option like letter of authority to my in-laws etc to attend at the time the lottery is drawn as per the PROVISIONS OF THE BYELAWS?
I shall be grateful if you could advise me.
