Draft Minutes are circulated for objections as to accuracy of the record of the proceedings. As such objections can be raised by any member about any error in recording the proceeding and not about the decision taken at the meeting. While finalizing the minutes the Committee examines the objections and if found correct the draft minutes are to be corrected accordingly. Minutes are not required to be sent to the Dy. Registrar (Ward). No need to circulate the corrected draft minutes.
