I have learnt on the internet, that you are guiding people to resolve their questions on housing cooperative matters.
Currently, I am not a committee member of any housing society but I intend to join the committee in near future and serve our society. In order to discharge my responsibilities properly, I though of reading Bye laws, Act and Rules to get myself acquainted with the statutory provisions and other related regulations.
Even after going through the available reading material with me, I am still saddled with many queries. It is a pretty long list.
