Mein Ulhasnagar (dist:Thane) ki CHS main rahta huon, jahan 85 flats hain,5 buildings hai, 15 saal old buildings hai.50% members ne apna flat register nahi karvaya hai, yahan tak ke new +current managing committee ke 8 members main se 5 members (including chairman) ke pass register sale agreement nahi hai Aur managing committee mere flat transfer ke liye mujse registration ki demand kar rahe hain. Yeh resale flat liya hai meine Aur 4th sale agreement mera hai, koie bhi agreement registered nahi hai. 1999 main First agreement jis party ne kiya tha wohi member hai Aur uske naam pe share certificate hai (February 2008 main usne flat sale kar diya tha aur abi tak kisike naam par transfer nahi hua hai) Please please help me. No buy would by a flat the agreement of which was not registered because two unregistered agreement for one flat cannot be ruled out. YE KALIYUG HAI. NINYANVE LOG NE RAJISTER N KRWAYA TO USSE 100TH ME MMBER KO RJISTAR NAHI KARWANE KA RIGHT NAHI MIL JAATAA.
