Following in the footsteps of parent organization, the insurance arm of the largest farmers’cooperative IFFCO has bagged several awards at the “Indian Insurance Awards 2015”. IFFCO-Tokio-headquartered at Gurgaon is led by Yogesh Lohiya.
On this occasion IFFCO Managing director Dr U S Awasthi congratulated the IFFCO-Tokio managing director Yogesh lohiya and team for winning awards at the “Indian Insurance Awards 2015”.
Awasthi tweeted “Congrats 2@IFFCO_TOKIO ylohia117 & team 4#winning 3 category award in Insurance Confr on socially resp, rural penetration&Per line growth”.
Announcing the good news Mr Lohiya tweeted “ Glad to share @IFFCO__TOKIO has won 3 Awards at “Indian Insurance Awards 2015”. Keep up the good work Team !!!”
Team IFFCO TOKIO won the Personal Line Growth Leader’s Award and also the “Most Socially Responsible Insurer Award”, among others.
It was recently in the news for achieving huge deposits in premium collection for the last fiscal. It also outstripped the average growth as reported in these columns earlier.
IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance was incorporated on 4th December 2000 and is a joint venture between the Indian Farmers Fertilizer Co-operative (IFFCO) and its associates and Tokio Marine and Nichido Fire Group which is also the largest listed insurance group in Japan.
IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance has a widespread network close to 200 offices across the country.
