I am from Hingoli district in Maharashtra state. My father was the founder member of Nagnath urban cooperative bank Ltd Hingoli. The election of bank was announced and my father submitted form for the post board of director.
The consulting election officer says that the member of the bank should have share of minimum 5000 Rs and deposit of minimum 10000 Rs. Please let me know if there is any such rule to your knowledge.

The conditions for Eligibility to contest board election are also specified in bye laws. Society Law does not have any such monetary condition. So consult ByeLaws.
