I am tenant and the owner of the flat is not paying maintenance and other outgoing charges of the society, the society has filed a recovery case u/s 101 at registrar of society court.
I want to know, if the court issue recovery certificate then what will be my status. can the sale office take possession of the flat from me. Also inform how sale officer fix the value of the flat to be auctioned.
Please suggest how I can protect my status.

You are entitled to stay till your agreement with the member subsists. You are not concerned with a dispute between a member and the Society.
