Eligibility: Any body who has nose for news and has some understanding of cooperative matters. He may also be a retired hand. Command over language is not essential but should have power of comprehension.

I WOULD SUGGEST TO GIVE SCOPE TO THE EXECUTIVES WORKING IN COOPERATIVE FIELDS AS THEY ARE CONSTANTLY EXPOSED TO ACTIVITES LINKED TO VARIOUS ORGANIASATIONS.
THIS WILL EXPAND THE FIELD ,IN THE SENSE THAT SOME GOOD PRACTICES IN COOP CAN BE EXPOSED BEFORE THE PUBLIC.IT CAN HELP BETTER THE IMAGE.
